Dr. Elizabeth Kern, MD, MPH is a board-certified general adult and reproductive psychiatrist with expertise in treating a wide range of mental health concerns. She integrates evidence-based treatments to create personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each individual.
With specialized training in women’s mental health, she has a deep understanding of the emotional and psychological challenges that can arise across the reproductive lifespan, including menstruation, the perinatal period, and menopause.
She also has a particular interest in supporting the psychological well-being of performers and athletes, offering guidance for performance anxiety, identity transitions, resilience-building, and navigating high-pressure environments.
